- PeaPlex: more than PeaPure
- PeaPlex: supports the nervous system (B1) and the immune system (B12)
- PeaPlex: premium product (with PEA-opt vignet)
PeaPlex, the new product by the Russell Science Group, was especially developed to support the nervous system (by means of vitamin B1) and the immune system (by means of vitamin B12). PeaPlex was developed based on a number of new ideas about combining vitamins from the B group with palmitoylethanolamide. Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a natural organic substance.

Vitamins B in PeaPlex capsules
PeaPlex contains a number of specially selected Group B vitamins in specific doses. These vitamins play an important function in the nervous system (B1) and the immune system (B12). Taking 3-6 PeaPlex capsules per day is sufficient. The producer has also taken into account the normal quantity of vitamins absorbed by our body through food. It is important however that NO OTHER vitamin B complexes are taken alongside PeaPlex, especially if these complexes contain a large quantity of vitamin B6. The latter is very common. It is not advised to take large quantities of vitamin B6. In 2000, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set the maximum safe daily dosage of vitamin B6 at 25 mg per day in case of chronic use (= tolerable upper intake level). Intake of a multi-vitamin alongside PeaPlex is permitted as long as the safe daily dosage is not exceeded.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological functioning and normal functioning of the heart.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavine)
Vitamin B2 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, helps maintain normal vision, protects the cells against damage from oxidation and contributes to reducing fatigue and tiredness.
Vitamin B3 (niacine, nicotinamide)
Vitamin B3 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B3 has many different names: niacin, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide.
Vitamins B and the support of the nervous system and immune system
The B vitamins that are present in PeaPlex contribute to the functioning of the nervous system (B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin, B12) and the immune system (B6, B12). Russell Science Group has opted for a dosage of B vitamins that should be taken at least twice a day. The B vitamins are listed concisely below, including their contribution to these functions.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Vitamin B5 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to reducing fatigue and tiredness and to normal mental performance.
